Restaurant does not fill French Vanillas to within the half inch requirement. Complained once and got a free $5 Tim’s card. Manager was very friendly about it and said he has never heard of it happening before. This being said nothing has changed. Just got two large French Vanillas and one was about an inch from the top and the other a good inch and a half.
EXTREMELY SLOW! While waiting in line inside, it took 15 min. to get to the til with ONLY 6 people before us! The drive time clock varied from 1:20 – 1:54 per vehicle. Come on workers – learn some speed with good service. ARGH. I’d chose another location but its the only one near the football field.
Bad Timmies. I get the large Mocha there everyday and probably 3 times a week I have to bring it back and get a new one because their hot chocolate doesnt pour out right. Either fix the machine or get your employees to look at it before filling it you can tell when its crap. Very frustrsted with this Tim’s location. If its possible I stop at any other location if I can
Great coffee and donuts, the sausage breakfast sandwich rocks too.
