His travels throughout Latin America and "life experience", I have given the necessary tools and culinary taste to realize this great project in the city of Villarrica, generating a great bond with the area for all landscapes offered, the warmth of its people and above all the tourist boost projected.Merken Restaurant offers cuisine with typical local products, delivering to its customers the most delicious and fresh ingredients. We have our own garden of spices, with a unique detail to our customers as well as give a special flavor to our dishes. Our specialty is meat, which highlights the Loin Sirloin, Lamb and Pork, without forgetting our national cuisine such as the Corn Pie and Humitas, among other dishes.
