Basilic Bistrot is a vegetarian restaurant with Chilean and French influences. We pride ourselves on being a farm-to-table restaurant, using only fresh, local, seasonal and organic products whenever possible. Run by its owners, family oriented, fluently welcoming visitor in four different languages, we make sure our clientele will find a relaxing place with homemade dishes from breakfast to dinner. Located one block away from the main plaza of Coyhaique, in one of the oldest house of the city we recently restored.
