Delicias del Sol, before called "Cocinas solares de Villaseca" is a ecoproject that begins in 1988, formed by a group of housewives and peasants in a hamlet place called Villaseca. The project enabled psychosocial, economic and tourism development in a area that was not even on the map. Today "Delicias del Sol" contributes to the strengthening of local identity, the development of sustainable tourism and new production models.
