Tatul Diaguitas is born of a dream ingrained for years, aimed at rescuing old family recipes from Germany and Italy. Prepared with typical products of the area in order to highlight the authenticity of their dishes. All this in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere located in an old mansion from 1885, which was built with the objective to be the first school of Diaguitas, today "Escuela La Granja" is located road to Puyaye, also for some years used to be the emergency clinic of the town, attended by Mr. Julio Pizarro. This old saloon was completely restored by its actual owner who kept the original structure from the building with the purpose to highlight the traditional architecture of the Diaguitas Town.
