Before discover this amazing land, i lived on a real "cooking paradise", dealing with the sea, forest , lakes & volcanoes. All of them provide us a lot of products and also ancient techniques. So that, our job is turn these elements on unique experiences.Balandra is a kind of ship, guided by me as Capitan for instance i have a crew, which uses as a oars forks, knifes, saucepans, etc, those allows me to sail throughout the flavors usign the finest techniques. I stayed at the hotel where the restaurant is. The food is pretty good, lots of options, very varied. The service is great. The place is amazing: cozy and elegant and the view to the lake is very beautiful.
Balandra was a typical hotel restaurant and bar. Atmosphere was ok drinks were ok, we didn’t eat at the restaurant (this time) other than the breakfast, and the service was a little lacking for drinks as well as for breakfast.
