Mala experiencia. La atención deja mucho que desear. La comida regular. Preparada sin cariño. Lo peor una botella de salsa de soya con un hongo flotando en su interior. Pedi que la cambiaran, la mesera se la llevó molesta sin ninguna disculpa de por medio. Acto seguido casi nos tiraron los platos y cubiertos y al pedir la cuenta cero autocritica para incluir la propina. Imperdonable e insolito. Espero que mejoren y los comensales que vengan tengan una mejor experiencia. Tienen potencial pero deben trabajar en mejorar
This was a good find in La Florida. The dining area was nice, but more importantly the bathrooms were clean and had soap! The menu was nothing special, as I’ve been to other Chineese restaurants before in Santiago. I ordered the pollo chicarrones con arroz chaufan, which was really good when I dipped it in duck sauce. My friend ordered the pollo mongoliano but it came lukewarm and felt to rubbery for her taste, a trait I’ve found in most Chinese restaurants here. The food came quickly but we were the only ones there so I can’t account for their service during peak hours. Very well located right next to Metro Santa Julia!
