Despite our horrible taxi experience. and the insane traffic jam which made us very late for our reservation, the. restaurant staff was very accommodating and told us not to worry about

We’ve tried the full tasting menu and was a good representation of flavours you can find in Chile.The time was perfect so everything flows really good. the chef brings the food, explains what it is, how to eat it. you eat it, talk about it and the next one arrives.everything was well cooked and season except the duck that was a little dry.Are we suprise with the flavorus ? not really but we’ve a good time and the whole experience was really satisfactory and we didn’t have that ripping off feeling with the price.Are we going again? maybe in a opposite season to try new ingredients.
Seriously, just because you can put aPiece of leaf and charge a lot of money, does not make it exceptional. It was the worst fine dining experience I have ever had. I think a lot of people felt like they spend a lot of money so they HAD to say it was good. Otherwise they felt like they wasted a lot of money.It is a trap. Do not go to this restaurant expecting mind blowing food.
