I enjoyed the perfect Espresso and my husband relished every bite of his seared sea scallop as we sat on the expansive terrace overlooking the hilly streets below. Our waiter Felipe was attentive and helpful when we asked for recommendations for local attractions.
Wandering round Cerro Concepcion looking for lunch we stumbled across Cafe Allegre. We ordered the daily menu – the food was cheap but really tasty and well presented, and the staff really friendly. Definitely recommend it.
