Sushinow los Andes is a new alternative that revolutionizes the concept of good Sushi in the Andes, our purpose is to work with fresh products and in an artisanal way creating a creative, aesthetic and organoleptic concept; Rather than selling products as such, our purpose is to be able to provide a sensory experience that goes from the physical (presentation of the dishes) to the palative creating unique flavors specially designed in our kitchen by our teachers. Sushinow los Andes is identified as an innovative venture that rescues the ancient techniques of sushi and creates from them, always respecting the fundamental pillars of oriental cuisine.
