All that can be said for his restaurant is it consistency in how bad it is in every area from service to food. Seriously terrible. Stay away.
Everything you have read in other reviews about this restaurant are true. No need to say anything more. Avoid it. There are many, many restaurants with great views and wonderful food. Try Portofino in Valparaiso for the best food and view.
