Feast is the brainchild of three master chefs: Zhao Bin, renowned vegetarian chef (who some may know from vegetarian restaurant Samadhi in Xinyuanli); Liu Peng, one of Chinas most famous Western cuisine chefs; and Yang Jie, expert in historical cuisine. Basically its aiming to be a modern, high-end imagining of Chinese vegetarian cuisine.
