The only Italian restaurant in Beijing awarded with 1 Shrimp by Gambero Rosso "Best Italian Restaurants 2018 Guide" and listed in TripAdvisor Hall Of Fame, #9 in the Daily Meal Top 10 Best Italian Restaurant Outside Italy 2015, Best Casual Italian and International by Time Out Beijing and Cityweekend, since 2012 Mercante is devoted to offer home style traditional northern Italian food in a small alley of the historical center of Beijing. In a cozy trattoria with only ten tables we propose a variety of homemade fresh pasta (tagliatelle, pappardelle, ravioli, tortelloni), imported Italian cheeses and cured meats paired with our daily baked bread and a selection of genuine homemade desserts (panna cotta, tiramisu, semifreddo). For the wine lovers we carefully selected around 50 labels of Italian wines proposed at the best prices in town. Walk-ins welcome. Reservations recommended.
