The name Source was given by the famous Chinese Wu Xia novelist from Hong Kong, Mr Jin Yong (Louis Cha). Our main entrees are all according to Sichuan Flavors and styles which used to be served to feudal lords. We also serve teas specially suited to some meal on their basis of taste and how they enrich and match the Chinese Courtyards atmosphere and ambience. Working with sommeliers, our new challenge is to pair wine and the complex flavors of sichuanese food.
