LARME FANFAN was founded in the year 2009 in Paris with the goal of promoting East-West cultural exchanges through gastronomy. Since the creation of the first restaurant in Paris, the group has grown rapidly and steadily to nine restaurants globally. Our group put great emphasis on clear positioning on the market, modern management and marketing, constant search for quality and building a team with high operational efficiency. LARME FANFAN currently manages two distinctive brands: the flag ship brand LARME is focused on the more exclusive market of gastronomy and the auxiliary brand LARME EXPRESS is focused on the fast casual dinning while offering an accessible bistronomy to the wilder general public. Taking expertise and insights gained in meeting the whims and needs of the high-end clientele in China, our Paris restaurant, Fanfan offers a fine-dinning experience, integrating flavours from around the world, with a strong Franco-Asian focus.
