Top Fusion is the third restaurant that Qiandai Hotel Catering Investment Management Co., Ltd. invested nearly 10 million yuan in Macau. The restaurant was remodeled from an old building that was over 80 years old. The restaurant is managed by Zhang Yiqian, who is employed by many high-end western restaurants in Hong Kong. The products are mainly made up of Chinese and Western creative mixed dishes. Among them, 10 yuan can import oysters and slow-cooked Australian and beef noodles are especially popular among diners.
