At the factory we dedicate our production to a wide range of artisan bread, the famous The Best Chocolate Cake in The World and Portuguese butter cookies Areias & Lagartas. We select only the finest ingredients in market, combining sustainable and local sources whenever possible, importing all the flours we use directly from Portugal to unsure we use the best raw material available in the market. Our bread is made by the traditional way. No added preservatives, stabilizers, artificial flavors or coloring. Made with flour, starter ( natural yeast ), water, salt and nothing else. Crunchy layers of meringue wrapped in a creamy French chocolate mousse, topped with an irresistible chocolate ganache. These are the traits that make the World's Best Chocolate Cake a unique experience. It is only known that the cake does not contain flour and that part of its flavor is guaranteed by the French chocolate Valrhona.
