成隆行可能因為名氣大，反正隨時都有客人上門，所以服務水平只能用糟來形容。點菜時總共換了三個人。問了問題，第一個説回去問問，人就消失。過一陣子，我們只好又叫了另一個服務員來，也是同樣的狀況。直到第三個才完成點菜服務。我們點了套餐，外加把大閘蟹換成比較大隻的。套餐上菜速度太快，桌上擺不下還硬塞。成隆行原本有剖蟹服務，服務員說他太忙，要我們自己處理。跟他要了剪刀之類吃蟹要用到的工具，説都給別人用了，沒剩了。幾經要求，才勉強給了三枝挑蟹肉的叉子，及一把剪刀，可是我們總共是五個人。我們有二份蟹粉撈飯沒上，跟服務員反應。他説已上過，好像是我們想多吃一份一樣。最後才又補給。以成隆行的收費標準，它的服務應該只能用糟來形容。不，應該説糟到不行。The service is below par not only in orders taking but also in food delivering. Service personnel needs further education.

We ordered two 399 one person sets and it’s very enough for three people. The crabs are a little bit small though I guess to because we ordered a set. But everything tastes so good so crabby.
