Signature teppanyaki and sashimi use premium ingredients including live lobsters, abalone, crabs and Wagyu beef from Australia, and fish from Ehime in the safe southern waters of Japan. An extensive sake and tea menu complements the exquisite Japanese cuisine. Restaurant is located on level two of the hotel, EZO's designer navy blue and blonde wood interiors reference classic Japanese minimalism with a fresh, contemporary feel. The main dining room overlooks the Winter Garden and features separate sushi and teppanyaki bars of glossy ebony wood where diners can watch the talented Japanese chefs in action. There are also five unique private dining suites, seating up to 10 guests, named after different types of Japanese porcelain. Each of the suites has a unique design - some feature their own private teppanyaki grills, others are bathed in natural light from large windows and there is one dramatic circular suite.
