I would definitely recommend Casa 13 for lunch. The restaurant has a very nice set Mediterranean menu for an affordable price, with delightful outdoor seating in the heart of Shanghai. Service was friendly, but maybe not so efficient.
Quite difficult to find. Lovely interior. Awesome food! Will go back.
Set in a quiet neighborhood and going in, you are transported into a romantic mini garden. Good choice of dishes but a bit lacking due to the limited wine list. Small place equates to cramped space and increased noise level
