Here at Gather Pizza, we have carefully sourced high quality ingredients; Our homemade dough is only made with our own specialty blend of organic whole wheat flour. We also proudly use award winning artisanal cheese sourced from Le Formager de Pekin, the only cheese workshop in China to be awarded two gold medals at the International Cheese Competition. We have chosen quality sausage from YuanGu Farm, a family run farm which carefully nurtures a small number of pigs in an open farm environment to ensure they are raised with excellent care and attention.
