Chinese restaurant, Twelve Hengshan, serves a fresh take on Shanghainese and Cantonese cuisine. The innovative menu champions organic, healthy dining and premium ingredients. Signature dishes from Chef Kuy Fai Chung include Cantonese Steamed Dumplings with Bird's Nest and Caviar; Slow-cooked Fresh Abalone in Truffle Gravy; and Crispy Stuffed Sea Cucumber in Golden Broth. Porcelain chandeliers, rose glass screens and a full-wall hand-painted mural of a Suzhou garden scene create a memorable, ‘non-traditional’ Chinese dining ambience at Twelve Hengshan. There are also eight Private Dining suites seating between 4 and 16 people, each with their own unique design and views over leafy Hengshan Road.
