The inspiration of iNICHO was born in the late spring of 2016. Created by Au79 from Australia and Miss Neige, who graduated from Ecole Gregoire-Ferrandi and worked at a number of Michelin-starred restaurants in France. iNICHO brings modern French cuisine to Chengdu and shares with more people.
