Had high hopes for this place that it might be some amazing French-Chinese-Tibetan place but the food wasn’t that tasty or filling, and not cheap, especially the yak (had much better meals at Buskar Resto).
Wanted to try this place from the reviews on tripadvisor, but alas, the fire of 2014 burned it down. 🙁
One reason why we picked this hotel was because other reviewers raved about the food. I would disagree. The staff are nice, room is very nice, but as for the packed breakfast – we gave it to our taxi driver
The food at Arro Khampa was very good, also liked the French influence in the decor and cuisine. A little on the expensive side but the excellent staff and excellent food made up for this.
