Somewhere Else Cafe is an Cafe-Restaurant in the heart of Shangri-La Old Town. Founded in 2011, it has been a haven for locals and tourists alike. After the fire of 2014, it relocated up onto Pijiangpo, 20m up the hill from the Dancing Square. The menu is mostly European. Known for our good coffee and pastries, some guests come for breakfast, some to meet friends and enjoy good wine. Still others come to sample our fresh breads and pizza. But after one visit, they all come back! If you are looking for great food and service, go Somewhere Else! Staff speaks Dutch, English, Chinese, French and Tibetan.
