Our food is freshly prepared daily with local produce as part of our efforts to support small local businesses. It gives freshness and adds a distinctive flavor in our menu. The Tibetan word for COMPASS when translated into Chinese characters describes four attributes- Comfort, Light, Abundance, & Joy.
