About
The concept of the restaurant or brand is based on providing a space out of the ordinary, where the four elements are combined: air, water, fire and earth. From there arises the color palette the restaurant has, the color of the chairs, walls, plants and everything else. Its name is ethereal, something that cant be described or touched, but we know it exists. Where it is sought that the diner finds between two atmospheres -the bar and the restaurant- an open kitchen that wants to rescue the ingredients that are within our reach in our country, using different techniques, exploring with innovative recipes and sophisticated plots to finally obtain a subtle combination altogether.
