Commitment to us is throwing in full time jobs, throwing away financial security, packing a container with a La Marzocco and a coffee roaster and sending it halfway around the world to Medellin. Sound risky? Sure, but there are times in one's life when you have to follow your dreams. It should never be about the money, it should be about doing something you believe in and committing.
