Pulpo Pauls menu is inspired by the happiness of the Barranquilleros, in the flavors of traditional food and dishes but this time paying homage to the immigrants of the Mediterranean. This fusion of flavors alludes to the beach, to sabanilla, to the store on the corner, to the chiringuito, to the hammock, to the fishmongers, to the patacn, the tamarind, the coconut, the mojarra, the corozo, mixed with flavors and ingredients that have crossed the Atlantic Ocean to stay.
