Y otros ms especializados como el rib eye, asado de tira, entraa, bife de paleta y el infaltable corte de la casa: Bistecca alla fiorentina. I was there last week august 08th, I received a very good service from the Somelier and waiters.I request a Bistecca special, include wine. The cut was perfect, and the Wine suggestion from the Somelier was excellent.
