Danilo Ciro -the cheff- has worked in Per and Colombia at places like Rafael, la Tapera (where he renewed the menu and relaunched the restaurant), Tapas Macarena, el Mat and Sandwich Taller. now he is with us at La Cartagenita to offer us tipical dishes with caribbean taste.
