La Xarcuteria is Bogota's leading gastropub restaurant. Located in the popular Parque 93 neighborhood, we combine imaginative, upscale cooking techniques while in the casual dining setting of a pub. With a heavy focus on using locally grown, fresh ingredients, we try to prepare everything we use in house - what we don't do ourselves, we work closely with local artisans who help us execute our vision.
