Ristorante Positano we welcome the importance of the secular legacy and tradition of being representatives of the Italian Cuisine and it is in the hands of our Executive Chef and founder, Vincenzo "Vinnie" Pisani, that delicious recipes to pleasure the palates of his guests are made. His philosophy over almost 20 years of experience is to provide "the most exquisite Italian Cuisine." "Vinni" brings up the shine of the traditional culinary art of Italy, while international experience has allowed him to integrate in his kitchen nontraditional elements and ingredients that enrich his recipes.
