I have been to this restaurant several times while in Cartagena. Understand...i'm from Ft Lauderdale and in the tour biz, so i know what is good, what is REALLY good...and what a tourist trap is. This place is fantastic. In the morning, the fisherman drop off the fish, shrimp, octopus...all completely still gasping for air. Everything is made from scratch. Casuela de Mariscos has immeasurable levels of flavor. The coconut rice and the shrimp rice are always perfect. did i mention it's right on the beach? if you dont want to eat in the open air restaurant....go by the water for a covered table & the waiter/waitress will run your food to you. i have been to many MANY places...but this is unique & i miss it almost every time i have sea food in the states. plz feel free to email me anytime & thank you for your time.
