On the main street of this sleepy town between Bogota and the tourist city of Paipa sits this absolutely fabulous restaurant. It has a faux old fountain, with water, plants and fish, and tables in 3 floors. The waiters are dressed in blazers & bow ties and have a wonderful old-world manner. The place is immacualtely clean, the fish is fresh and the steaks are divine. They make them according to your liking, and serve them with perfect side dishes and delicious fruit juices. I used the fast free wifi to download my emails to my blackberry too during coffees and cakes. Perfect stop-over restaurant worth the diversion into town.
