El Tambor offers typical Colombian cuisine a few kilometers outside of Bogot. This is good place to go on a sunny weekend and breath some fresh air. After 10 years in their original location they are opening a new location, also outside of Bogot. Their "arepas de chcolo" are great and their grilled meats are good enough.
