Sua Palomino is a project of environmental, economical and social sustainability that was born in December 2013 in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. This place is a dream that has been built, day by day, thank to the love and unconditionality f those who have worked for it. We are a platform for the social and environmental venture in Palomino. This has lead SUA to become a school that goes beyond, where we empower our family and we offer tools that boost their gastronomical knowdledge, their leadership and teamwok skills, and we learn how to make good use of our resources. SUA is a place where opportunities exist for all, where learning is part of our daily lives, where we believe in the imposible, and where we contribute to a more inclusive, fair and sustainable world from our kitchen.
