We are a new proposal of haute cuisine in Santa Marta, full of flavor, color and passion for what we do. Find in our menu dishes 100% handmade, without dyes and / or preservatives, we treat the food with respect so that a product with quality always arrives at the table. We have an extensive menu, with around 60 dishes created by our chef and owner, Juan Carlos Martnez Uribe. Which has been formed empirically and with the wise advice of one of his grandmothers, which he learned from his mother. Our name El HUMO the reason why we are proud, are the initials of the names and surnames of one of our chef's grandparents, who was a person to admire for his intelligence.
