We are a company, born of the love for a tradition and the combination of the contribution and the fruit of our gastronomic roots in Nario. We made an artisan ice cream with an ancestral technique, exercised more than 200 years ago in our region. We work with our own love for our land and we take its fruits as a differentiating element. We offer a totally different experience and with great contribution to your eating habits. Our ice cream Paila, is structured in the current standards of hygiene and we seek, that the intake of sugars and other unfavorable emulsifiers are possible null in their use.
