Coffee Cupping (MICRO ROASTERS) Circasia is a coffee shop that offers specialty and EXOTIC coffee (washed, honeyed, natural) like the ORGANIC USDA arabica Heirloom from Ethiopia with singular sensory features, or a low altitude also USDA certified gesha from our coffee farm in Circasia and many other origins from Colombia. Our coffee shop has a wide variety of liquor, cocktails, Cuban cigars and specialty cheese made from local productors. Come and have a colby jack bacon and ham panini, or try our home recipe yuca cake, cheesecake and coffee pudding.
