La Pacha is a very informal family restaurant that caters to guests of La Pacha Hostel and now non-guests too. We serve delicious and healthy International vegetarian food, including vegeburgers, Italian pasta dishes,Thai stir-frys, salads, sandwiches, desserts and drinks. Every dish has at least one ingredient from our organic garden and orchards and we serve coffee from the farm. Guests can dine in various areas of the hostel; the farmhouse kitchen, the bus, the hammock area or outside tables. The kitchen is used by guests of the hostel and so customers may have to share table space with hostel guests. All non-guests must book ahead as there is limited space. La Pacha Hostel and restaurant are situated on a coffee farm in the lush Santander countryside, 15 mins by bus from San Gil and 20 mins from Barichara. It's easily accessible by bus, but you need to walk 1km from the main road.
