It is the first restaurant in Colombia that offers authentic Udon noodles and Japanese artisanal dishes. Udon is a traditional Japanese noodle that was born in the Nara era (700 AD), a dish that is now very popular and traditional in Japan. In our restaurant we use vegetables and fresh products and our pasta is made by hand to give them that feeling of freshness and a traditional Japanese dish. That is why we are a restaurant of authentic Japanese food.
