El Coyote is a small restaurant specializing in Costa Rican cuisine. We do this by utilizing fresh produce, meats and seafood from our community of farmers and fishermen and utilizing traditional methods like our wood fired stove. As a result you may find the meal WAIT TIME a little LONGER than most other establishments but we feel the result is well worth the wait. El Coyote specializes in seafood, Casados, Ceviches and our ever popular Patacones Con Pollo. We are located a short distance from popular Samara beach towards Nosara beach.
