La Negra Surf House serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and delicious cocktails and smoothies too. Our original sushi menu fuses tropical flavors and preparations with traditional Japanese dishes. Our sushi menu is available for lunch and dinner. On Thursday nights we serve dinner with live music from 6 pm to 9 pm. Since 2015, we have been preparing our original "Macho Pollo" recipe for the best rotisserie chicken in Nosara. We marinate local, free-range chickens in a blend of orange, ginger and spices and roast them to smokey perfection in or brick rotisserie over over a wood fire of a variety of local hardwoods. Our chicken plate includes a portion of chicken and typical sides--black beans, fried yuca and cabbage coleslaw. We always offer a delicious vegetarian option for those who do not eat meat. We also offer breakfast everyday, come try our perfected breakfast burrito!
