HiR Fine Dining is the Che'fs home so reservation has to be made a minimum of 2 days before the dinner (ideally 1-2 weeks if you want to make sure to get a seat). To request a dinner, fill in the form on the website. HiR Fine Dining is NOT a standard white tablecloth restaurant: the Chef creates an intimate dining experience for up to 12 people. The tables are set right outside of the kitchen so that you can see and talk to the Chef as hes cooking for you. Guests all sit together on a big family style table. Dinners last 3 hours and are scheduled from 5 - 8pm. SURPRISE MENU: Seafood, Vegetarian or Vegan - 7 plates per person ($160) IMPORTANT: include a working phone number with your reservation so that we can contact you for dietary requirements, logistics and payment details.
