We stayed at the Cascata and had several lunch/dinners here and were never disappointed. The chef uses and outdoor kitchen and all ingredients are really fresh.
Beautiful grounds, a great indoor outdoor bar area, nice staff people and lovely well appointed cabins. Many locals and community events. Added benefit of being really close to the Wilson botanic garden.
