Our lively Restaurante Celajes features splendid balconies overlooking the Pacific Ocean and offers inventive, farm to table, world-class dishes, created by our chef and served artfully by our warm and friendly staff. We use only the best local ingredients, many of which are grown on the hotel property in our greenhouse and herb gardens or on the Belmar family organic farm. The style of our epicurian offerings range from creative interpretations of typical, traditional Costa Rican dishes to original recipes reflecting the natural environment of the Monteverde area.
