Excellent shrimps with palm heart among the vegetables. Also very good fajitas and chateubriand. The pasta with olives not so fancy. Coffe served in thermos flask for generous refill. Good value overall.
Service was very slow and prices high for what it is. Plates really big and food very small. The food was very salty.
You can tell that the chef really enjoys his work. He took care with presentation and preparation. It was our favorite local place. The prices are very good for the area and the staff was excellent. Very pleasant place for a good meal.

One of my favourite if not my favourite meal in Costa Rica. Great traditional food. Massive portions! Great value for money! Staff are lovely and friendly too. I highly recommend the nachos and the snapper. Polished it all off in no time!
Only stopped there once for lunch and refreshing drink (beer and wine) on our way back from the beach. The salad was a work of art.
Prices and choices on the menu are similar to most other restaurants in Costa Rica, but the service and especially the quality of the food is clearly better. This was the best restaurant of our two weeks in CR.
