When we sat down and discussed the menu for Sancho's we agreed the menu had to have 3 things; fresh ingredients, big portions, and in a country where we believe things to be a little bit on the expensive side, fair priced meals. As far as the type of food we serve, people say Mexican, I say Mexican inspired. We make food we enjoy in hopes that our guests feel the same way. A lot of preparation and love goes into each dish that comes out of our kitchen. A majority of our meals do have some level of spiciness to them, if that is your thing give us a try. We have a full bar, we make fresh margaritas, no artificial sour mix in our drinks. Sancho's is a laid back vibe, feel free to come in after the beach and not have to worry about a dress code.
