Amanda Restaurant is no longer located in the Centro Comercial Trejos Montealegro (across the highway from Walmart, and close to Perimercado). I have been unable to find out whether the business has moved elsewhere, or has completely folded. What a pity, if it has folded.
A fimited, but varied menu, all well prepared and presented. The ambiance is excellent. Desserts to die for!! The manager seems to be able to anticipate your upcoming requirements, and respond accordingly without being obtrusive.
